22nd Wind & Solar Integration Workshop – 26-28 September 2023 – Copenhagen, Denmark

Special Topic: Grid Forming

The primary objective of the event is to stimulate interdisciplinary thinking between industry and academia by providing a platform for discussion and for sharing ideas and knowledge regarding the key issues in the field of large-scale integration of renewable energies.

During the three-day Wind & Solar Integration Workshop, more than 150 international speakers will share their insights on grid integration of variable renewable energies in 30+ sessions. The Workshop covers a wide range of topics from grid codes to hydrogen aspects. Grid forming will be in the spotlight with six dedicated sessions while there will also be a focus on hybrid power plants, power system studies and forecasting.

TARGET GROUP
The international conference is designed to provide a platform for power system operators, transmission and distribution grid operators, wind turbine, gas turbine and solar inverter manufacturers, electrolyzer and fuel cells as well as and charging station manufacturers, universities and research institutes, and consulting companies to exchange technical and economic developments.
 

WORKSHOP FORMAT

The presentations on research work, practical experience and ongoing as well as concluded projects are based on a Call for Papers and invited papers.

With several accompanying events such as the networking poster sessions, the solar and wind networking dinner, study trips and tutorials, the renewable energy conference series provides not only a great learning experience but also the perfect opportunity for energy experts to network with their peers from all around the world.
